Payments
Upon form submission indicating which trip you're interested in, we will reach out with detailed trip information and invoice. Upon invoice payment, your spot will be reserved.
Booking & Payment Terms
To reserve your spot on a tour before March 1, 2027, a 30% deposit of the trip total cost is required at booking. You may cancel within 15 days of your deposit payment to receive a full refund. After 15 days, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
On March 1, 2027, the remaining cost of the trip is due.
Pricing based on double room occupancy. There is one 2-bedroom suite available. Single supplement for private room is $400/trip.
